How long does it take for my Site to be up?

Your site will be up and ready in 1-2 days. This depends on the amount of content you need us to add to your site.

Will I be charged automatically every month for my hosting?

No. We currently do not have "Auto Recurring Billing". Will will email you an invoice 5 days before your hosting payment is due. However, this will change in the near future to recurring billing.

How do I send my website content?

You can send us your site's content by email. Text information must be in "word" document and images in JPG, GIF or PNG Format. Any other content such as Video, Audio or Flash files must be sent by mail on a CD or DVD. Ask for shipping address.

Can I change my Template any time I want?

You can change your Template twice a year. This is because there's a lot of manual work involved when transferring all of your site's content to another template.

Can I use my own Template or Design?

Yes. However, this would only apply for the "Basic" Hosting Packages when using your own design. This also means you would manage your own site for updating or changes. We would only be hosting your site in this case.

Do I get my own Control Panel with my account?

Yes. You will have access to your own CPanel. But this is recommended for advanced users only.

Can I cancel my account anytime?

Yes. You can contact us by email or phone for cancellation.
