Site Management

We will be in charge of managing your website on a monthly basis. Such as changing or adding news, images, pricing, events etc. You can contact us by email or phone to change, add or update any content on your site. You're allowed "1-4 updates" per month depending on your Hosting Package, so please have all of your update information ready when contacting us. Unused updates will not roll over to the next month. Additional fees will apply for more than 4 updates in one month.

Web Hosting only

You can choose to only host your site with us. You can also use our templates with our basic packages, we will email you the template files in "HTML" format. But please note that you will be in charge of managing your own website with hosting only.

Templates

All of the templates on our site have been created by us, or were provided by other free template websites. We "only" allow you to use our templates for your own website. You can not purchase the full rights to any of our template designs. You can use any of our templates for your own website without limitation, for as long as you remain our client.

Hosting Payments

We will email you an invoice 5 days before your due date. Please keep track of your email notifications to prevent cancellation of your account. You're allowed only 3 days after your due date to make your hosting payment. If we do not receive your payment after the 3 days, we will suspend or close your account. Please contact us if you're going be late with your payment.

Pricing (Setup fee)

Our Setup fee and Hosting Packages are based on "basic site setup" projects. Basic site setup would consist of, uploading your Text Information, Images, Audio and Video files, or any copy and paste code/content. Higher pricing applies to special site setup projects. Such as HTML/CSS coding, Flash Headers, Banners or Backgrounds, Ecommerce and other advanced projects. Please contact us for advanced site setup pricing.
